Welcome to Momntly (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Momntly is an event management and song request platform designed for DJs and event organizers. We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using Momntly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you register an account, create events, or use our Services, we may collect:
- Full name and username
- Email address
- Password (stored in encrypted form)
- Event details (event name, date, time, location, description)
- Song requests and dedications submitted by event attendees
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
- Any other information you voluntarily provide

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

We may receive information about you from third-party services such as DJ software integrations (e.g., djay Pro, OtsAV), social login providers, or payment processors, subject to their respective privacy policies.

- To process song requests and facilitate real-time DJ interactions

- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use your data to perform the contracted services.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We also retain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.

Momntly is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party software (such as DJ software platforms). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with Momntly.
